中文摘要: 针对一台9FA燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组在投产调试过程中屡次出现真空严密性试验不合格问题,分析认为该机组对外供汽量较小等实际工作条件会造成凝汽器热负荷远超设计值,从而对凝汽器及真空系统严密性状况评判造成较大影响。为此提出并实施了以凝汽器设计热负荷为基准的改进型试验方法,顺利完成了机组真空严密性试验,并根据试验实施效果,提出了对《凝汽器与真空系统运行维护导则》(DL/ T 932—2005)中有关试验条款进行合理修订的建议。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of failure in the vacuum tightness test during the commissioning of a 9FAgas-steam combined cycle heating unit,it is believed that the actual working condition of the external supply of steam con cause the thermal load of condenser far beyond the design value,and it could make great influence on the judgement of vacuum tightness. Thus,a test method based on the design value of condenser heat load is been proposed,and the vacuum tightness test has been completed successfully. According to the effect of the test,some resonable suggestions for amendment to the terms of the Guide of operation and maintenance for the condenser and vacuum system of power plant (DL / T 932—2005) has been put forward.
