中文摘要: 随着国家节能环保政策的引领,利用焦炉煤气发电的机组越来越多,国内主流机组类型为索拉燃气轮机,然而索拉燃气轮机的运行经验还在不断的摸索中,本文结合某公司索拉大力神130型机组实际运行情 况,总结索拉大力神130型燃气轮机在启动中多次出现FN_Ngp_Under_Speed(燃气轮机欠速停机)问题,并对各个相关系统进行检查分析,提出解决办法。该故障最终发现为点火柴油热值偏低引起,分析过程可为处理 同类型故障提供参考。
Abstract:With the guidance of national energy conservation and environmental protection policies, more and more generating units are used to generate electricity from COG. The domestic mainstream generating units are Solar gas turbines. However, the operating experience of Solar Turbines is still being explored. The actual operation of the Solar T130 unit, summed up the problem of FN_Ngp_ Under_Speed (gas turbine underspeed shutdown) in the start of the Solar T130 gas turbine, and carried out inspection and analysis of each relevant system, and proposed a solution. The fault is finally found to be caused by the low calorific value of the ignition diesel. The following analysis process can provide a reference for handling the same type of fault.
