中文摘要: 对三菱M701F4型燃气轮机的排气检测包括温度检测、压力检测与可燃气体含量检测进行了介绍。 其中着重介绍了燃气轮机的排气温度检测,它是通过26个热电偶来实现的。其中20个热电偶用于检测透平 叶片通道温度(BPT) ,6个热电偶用于检测透平排气系统下游排气烟道的排气温度。结合某公司机组自投运 以来出现的几次BPT负偏差偏大等的异常情况,详细叙述了该类故障的分析判断过程和解决方法,并从系统 工艺流程和设备选型改进上,给出了预防此类故障的建议和措施。
Abstract:The exhaust gas testing of mitsubishi M701F4 gas turbine including temperature testing, pressure testing and combustible gas content testing are introduced . The exhaust temperature detection of gas turbine is emphatically introduced. It is realized by 26 thermocouples, among which 20 thermocouples are used to detect the turbine blade path temperature ( BPT ) and 6 thermocouples are used to detect the exhaust temperature of the exhaust flue of the downstream of the turbine exhaust system. Combined with the abnormal situation of several times of BPT negative deviation appearing since the unit was put into operation in a certain company, the analysis and judgment process of this kind of fault and the solution method are described in detail. Suggestions and measures to prevent this kind of fault are given in terms of system process flow and equipment selection and improvement.
