Abstract:Zhejiang Petrochemical phase Ⅱ 3 x SGT5-2000E gas-steam combined cycle unit is to be built in the project. The main fuel provided at the site is natural gas, which is blended with part of the refining and chemical synthesis gas on the premise of meeting the steam heating capacity. According to a certain proportion of mixing, the mixture will be delivered to the downstream gas turbine front module under the required pressure and flow, to meet the requirements of gas turbine start-up and operation. Because the syngas contains 41% hydrogen and 53% carbon monoxide, the special properties of hydrogen and carbon monoxide need to be fully considered. The design and manufacture of the gas mixing station of the project is the first gas turbine project in China to burn syngas containing 41% hydrogen, which lays a solid foundation for the gas turbine business in the direction of hydrogen burning in the future in China.
