中文摘要: 某高压压气机末级转子叶片曾多次发生掉角故障,目前为排除故障多采取局部削角的措施。为分析 故障原因和排故后的效果,针对故障叶片和改进后的叶片进行有限元模态分析和振动特性试验,绘制坎贝尔 图发现叶片在工作转速下可能会发生双扭复合共振,通过频率响应计算,定性分析了叶片的位移和Von-Mises 应力响应变化,发现叶片削角后振幅略有增大,等效应力略有减小。结果表明,虽然削角不能使叶片避开共 振区间,但是降低了振动应力水平,从而提高了叶片的抗振能力。

Abstract:The last stage rotor blade of a high-pressure compressor once had angle failure for many times. At present, the measures of local angle cutting are often adopted to eliminate the failure. In order to analyze the cause of the failure and the effect after troubleshooting, the finite element modal analysis and vibration characteristic test were carried out on the failed blade and the improved blade. The Campbell diagram was drawn and it was found that the blade may have double torsional compound resonance under the working speed. The displacement and von Mises stress response of the blade were qualitatively analyzed through the frequency response calculation, and it was found that the amplitude of the blade increased slightly after the angle cutting, The equivalent force decreases slightly. The results show that although the blade can not avoid the resonance region, the vibration stress level is reduced and the anti vibration ability of the blade is improved.
