中文摘要: 西门子工业双轴燃气轮机在高负荷运行时动力透平部件发生异常振动,并且该振动会随着运行慢慢 增长。通过频谱分析方法排除振动来源于燃气轮机旋转部件的可能,并采用敲击测试方法,确定燃气轮机各 连接部分的振动基本频率,根据振动数据分析判断异常振动源的频率与振动基本频率的吻合程度。经过全面的对比和分析,确定燃气轮机排气烟道在湍流冲击下会引起基于特征频率的振动,并采取对振动来源的紧 固,对振动现象进行了减弱消除,保证了燃气轮机的健康运行。

Abstract:Abnormal vibration occurs in the power turbine components of Siemens industrial biaxial gas turbine during high load operation, and the vibration will slowly increase with operation. The possibility is excluded that the vibration comes from the rotating parts of the gas turbine through spectrum analysis. The basic vibration frequency of the connecting parts of the gas turbine is determined by the percussion test method, and the coincidence degree between the vibration source frequency and the basic vibration frequency is judged by analyzing vibration data. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis, it is found that the exhaust flue of gas turbine will cause vibration based on characteristic frequency under turbulent impact, and the vibration phenomenon is weakened and eliminated through the tightening of vibration source, so as to ensure the healthy operation of gas turbine.
