中文摘要: 介绍了 M701F3燃气轮机C级检修中发现压气机2级静叶环间隔板间隙超标的异常现象,对压气机2 级静叶环间隔板间隙偏大问题进行原因分析和潜在风险分析。为防止发生恶性压气机损伤事故,增加了压 气机揭缸检修,对压气机2级静叶环间隔板采取了针对性的焊接、销子加大等防脱落措施,消除了设备重大隐 患,可为同类型燃气电厂借鉴。
Abstract:This paper introduces the abnormal phenomenon that the gap of the 2nd stage static blade ring spacer of the compressor exceeded standard during the C-level maintenance of the M701F3 gas turbine, and analyzes the cause and potential risk of the large gap of the 2nd stage static blade ring spacer of the compressor. In order to prevent the occurrence of malignant compressor damage accidents, the compressor cylinder has been lifted and repaired, and the anti-shedding measures such as welding and enlarged pin have been adopted for the 2nd stage static ring spacer of the compressor, which eliminates major hidden dangers of the equipment. It provides reference for the same type of gas power plant.
