Abstract:Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd. is located on an island off the Zhoushan Archipelago,which is far away from the
mainland. It is the largest refining and chemical enterprise in China and forefront of the world. The combined cycle thermal power
station is used as black start emergency power supply and undertakes the peak load regulation task of thermal and electrical load. This
paper introduces the basic design features of the thermal power station from the aspects of scale,unit selection,fuel system,thermal
system and main plant layout.
