中文摘要: 开发一款燃烧天然气的中小型地面燃气轮机燃烧室,并对该燃烧室采用单筒燃烧室压力模化试验进 行燃烧特性分析。结果表明:在设计工况点,总压损失系数为3.5%,NO.排放浓度为14. 5 mg/m3,C0排放浓 度为2. 2 mg/m3 &改变热负荷时,压力振动平稳,幅值很小;燃烧室熄火边界当量比为设计值的75%左右;该燃 烧室燃烧特性满足设计标准,可以开展全压试验进行进一步研究。
Abstract:Design a small and medium-sized gas turbine combustor burning natural gas on the ground, and analyze the combustion characteristics of the combustor using a single-barrel combuster pressure modeling test. The test results indicate that the total pressure loss coefficient is 3. 5%, NOX emission is 14. 5 mg/m3and CO emission is 2. 2 mg/m3; When the thermal load is changed,the pressure is stable and pressure amplitude is small; The combustor lean blowout limits is about 75% of design value. The combustor properties satisfy design criteria,total pressure tests can be carried out for further research.
