中文摘要: 燃气轮机的运行效率对于运行负荷十分敏感,而我国燃气轮机电厂主要承担调峰功能,燃气轮机长 期在部分负荷区间工作,系统运行效率下降明显,导致能源的极大浪费。针对部分负荷下燃气轮机效率降低 的问题,提出燃气电厂进气加热提效技术,并结合天津华电福源热电厂进气系统改造实践项目,从经济性的 角度论证该技术应用的可行性。研究结果表明,进气加热技术能够显著提高燃气轮机部分负荷工况运行效 率,改造项目3 a左右能收回投资,经济可行,有良好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:The operation efficiency of gas turbine is very sensitive to the operating load,while the gas turbine plant in China mainly undertakes the peak load regulation function. The long-term operation of gas turbine in partial load range greatly reduces the system operation efficiency and leads to a great waste of energy. Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of gas turbine is reduced under partial load, this paper puts forward the technology of improving the efficiency of gas-fired power plants air inlet heating, and demonstrates the feasibility of the technology application from the economic point of view combining with the practical project of the air inlet system transformation of Tianjin Huadian Fuyuan thermal power plant. The research results show that the intake heating technology can significantly improve the operation efficiency of gas turbines under partial load conditions. The reconstruction project can recover the investment in about three years,which is economically feasible,and has a good market application prospect.
