中文摘要: 针对一起PG9171E型燃气轮机在起动过程中的脱扣转速阶段偶发液力变扭器的故障报警,并引起 燃气轮机自动停机的事件进行分析,通过加装临时监测液力变扭器的滑油母管油压、泵轮人口及涡轮出口油 压的压力表,精准判断出故障点,及时排除故障,为相似的机组提供了借鉴。
Abstract:This paper analyzed a case of gas turbine automatic shutdown caused by the accidental fault alarm of hydraulic torque converter at the tripping speed stage during the starting process of PG9171E gas turbine. By installing temporary pressure gauges to monitor the oil pressure in the lubricating oil main pipe of the hydraulic torque converter,as well as the oil pressure at the inlet of the pump wheel and the outlet of tlie turbine,the fault points can be accurately identified and promptly eliminated,providing reference for similar units.
